Cullera wraps around the Cap de Cullera headland, crowned by a 10th-century castle and a lighthouse with wide coast views, while below stretch eleven beaches — from busy family sands to the wild dunes of El Dosel on the edge of the Albufera park. At the mouth of the Júcar, it is a favourite of Spanish holidaymakers: authentic, easy and reachable by train from Valencia.
