Benidorm and its hinterland

The Marina Baixa is the most built-up stretch of the Costa Blanca and also one of the most mountainous. Benidorm’s towers sit in a bay closed at each end by the Serra Gelada and the Sierra Helada, with the notched Puig Campana rising behind. Ten minutes inland the landscape turns to terraced hillside and hill villages.
