Why visit Calblanque

Calblanque is one of the least developed stretches of the Murcian coast, a protected regional park of golden dunes, low cliffs and quiet coves between Cabo de Palos and Mar de Cristal. There are no bars, sunbeds or buildings on the beaches, so it keeps a genuinely wild feel, but it also means you need to bring your own water and shade. Access in peak summer is usually controlled, with a shuttle from a car park, to protect the dunes and keep crowds down.
