Parking is free, with more than 2,000 spaces. The park rules state that leaving a car there does not mean it is guarded (park rules).

By train or bus: the park’s FAQ suggests the train to Benicàssim station or the public bus on the Castellón – Benicàssim – Via Las Villas line. By bus, get off at the last stop in the town, called “Carmelitano nº 26” (Aquarama FAQ). The park does not give the walking distance from the station or the stop, so check the route before you go.

Tickets: advance tickets are sold online until 23:59 the day before your visit and cost less; after that the online price is the same as at the box office. Packs are sold online only. Children up to 1.10 m enter free but still need their own ticket. Height is measured without shoes.

Accessibility and safety

Accessibility: the park lists parking spaces for people with reduced mobility, amphibious chairs for getting into the pools and adapted toilets (Aquarama accessibility). The Hero Pass is a wristband that lets you skip the queue on some rides; ask for it at Customer Service. It is for people with a recognised disability of at least 33% and reduced mobility, or with at least 33% and certain neurodevelopmental conditions, with documents to prove it. One companion goes free only if the documents show that a third person is needed. If you use a prosthesis, ask the lifeguards before a ride.

Safety: children under 12 must stay with an adult the whole time. Each ride has a minimum height, and some also have weight limits. Glasses, jewellery, buckles and rigid clasps are not allowed on rides or in the pools; if you need glasses, ask the lifeguards. Phones, cameras and smartwatches are not allowed on the rides. You must shower before going into the water areas.

Best time to visit

Only in summer. The park usually opens from June to early September, and Benicàssim’s tourist office gives the opening period as June to September (Benicàssim tourism). When checked on 30 September 2026 the park’s home page was asking visitors to sign up for news of when it opens again, so check the park’s website for next season’s dates. Prices change with the date. The afternoon ticket (15:00–19:00) costs less than a full day, and the park recommends buying online to avoid queues at the ticket office.
