Aquopolis Cullera is a summer water park on the north side of Cullera (Valencia), on the CV-502 road about 2.7 km from the town centre and 33 km south of Valencia city. It has its own car park beside the entrance, and Cullera train station is about 1.1 km away in a straight line. Expect a compact family park: wave pool, children’s splash areas, a dark tube slide, racing and rapids slides, and food stands with shaded picnic areas. It suits families staying in Cullera, Sueca or the south of Valencia who want a half day or day of slides. Skip it outside summer, and do not plan on reaching it by bus: no stop is mapped near the gate.

Access and parking
By car: the park sits on the CV-502, the coast road between Valencia and Cullera, just north of the Muntanya de Cullera. OpenStreetMap shows the road as a two-lane highway with an 80 km/h limit at the park, so turn in carefully.
Parking: OpenStreetMap shows a surface car park about 100 m from the centre of the park, tagged for customers and free. We could not confirm the number of spaces or whether a charge applies on busy days.
By train: Cullera station, on the Gandia–Silla line, is about 1.1 km south-west of the park in a straight line (OpenStreetMap). The walk follows roads, so allow at least 15–20 minutes.
By bus: OpenStreetMap shows no bus stop within about 1 km of the park. We could not open an official page about a shuttle from the station, so ask the park before you go.
What to expect
The regional tourist board, Comunitat Valenciana, describes these rides:
- Black Hole: an enclosed chute in total darkness, for the bravest riders.
- Mini Zigzag: a slide that twists like a maze.
- Three rapid slides.
- Wave Beach: the wave pool.
- Mini Park and Polinesia: two children’s areas with water games, small slides and waterfalls, supervised by staff.
OpenStreetMap adds names mapped inside the park: the Rapids and Speed Race slides, the Calypso slide, the Amazonia River and a Volcano Jacuzzi. These come from map contributors, not the operator, so the line-up on the day may differ.
The tourist board pitches it as a family day out. The mix of children’s zones, a wave pool and a handful of bigger slides suits families and casual swimmers more than thrill-seekers looking for a long list of extreme rides.
Prices and opening
Checked November 2026: the park’s own site (cullera.aquopolis.es) could not be reached for this guide, and the group site aquopolis.es only says the parks open in the summer months and that tickets are sold online. We did not find official 2026 or 2027 prices, dates or hours that we could open, so we do not give any.
The tourist board page still shows old prices from the 2008 season (adult 19.50 euros). Do not plan with them. Buy or check tickets on the operator’s website before you go.
Facilities
From OpenStreetMap, inside the park:
- Food: a burger and pizza outlet, a grill (Asador–Barbacoa) and a crêpe stand, with outdoor seating.
- Several roofed picnic areas.
- Lockers (consignas), toilets with baby-changing tables, a gift shop and a first-aid point (Servicio Médico).
We could not confirm the park rules on bringing your own food, height limits on the slides, or sunbed hire.
Accessibility and safety
Children’s areas are supervised by staff, according to the tourist board; elsewhere, keep young children within arm’s reach. We could not confirm step-free access or which rides are open to visitors with reduced mobility; ask the park before you buy. The walk from the station runs partly along a busy road with an 80 km/h limit. Bring sun protection: the park is open in high summer on the Valencian coast.
Best time to visit
Summer is the only option, as the parks run in the summer months. We have no official visitor figures, but as with most water parks, weekdays are a safer bet than weekends in August, the peak holiday month. Arrive at opening time if you want a table under one of the roofed picnic areas.

Distances are in a straight line from the park. Right beside it, the Ermita dels Sants de la Pedra houses Cullera’s rice museum, and a board marks the start of a rice-field route through the northern marsh (OpenStreetMap).
